Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges:

Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon by both parties, on refurbished or renewed products our policy lasts 30 days. All returns or exchange requests must be requested prior to the 30 day warranty in order to proceed.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit an RMA request and receive approval with our returns department. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, serial number of specific product and reason of return.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note all items must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive a refund!

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fees:

All returned items that are non DOA will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
